Description

Tool designed and built for military free fall parachuting and HALO/HAHO nav activities .

It consists of a Phone Board and a panel with Suunto Sk-8 compass with red LED backlight, paired with a Garmin Foretrex.

Available in Full Size 16,5 x 8,2 cm – colore FDE Fall (Marrone).

Due to the GPS' interference, smartphone and equipment, the compass can report an error of up to 20°. It is intended as a backup tool to provide direction.

Smartphone and Garmin Foretrex not included

Full Size includes extra large silicone bands and a spacer (for rugged smartphones).

Each Nav Board comes with two spare silicone bands, an Allen key and an adapter strap for mounting the Garmin Foretrex.

Some shock cord is also present as a substitute for the silicone bands for extreme users.

Periodically check the tightness of the screws or apply thread locker (Blue Loctite or similar) once the height adjustments have been completed.

Do not expose the Nav Board to excessive heat, including radiators, stoves, or in hot cars.
